On Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th October, the Lions Club of Townsville Central ran a ‘Cubby House Competition’ at their Townsville Plant and Garden Expo. The Cubby Houses were voted on by the public who came along to the garden expo for –
‘Best Craftmanship’
‘Most Eco-friendly’
‘Most Fun’
‘Most Innovative’

Queensland Youth Services would like to thank the entrants for their fabulous donations of the cubby houses. QYS were able to raise nearly $1,000 towards the support of the homeless youth of the Townsville region.
