CORES Self-Care and Mental Wellbeing Workshop

A massive thanks to Anna from CORES Queensland for delivering a great Self-Care and Mental Wellbeing Workshop for us last week!
When we prioritise our wellbeing as a work force, we can prioritise intentional, regulated living for our clients and help them implement strategies for success.
This workshop explored the concept of self-care and mental wellbeing, how to identify signs of stress as well as simple strategies to manage individual stresses on a day-to-day basis. Upon completion, we had a better understanding of how to:

🔘 Identify personal supports and resources
